Join us at 9:00am for a live interactive reading of The Tail of The Somerset Dragon, written, illustrated and printed in Somerset, followed by the Dragon’s special reveal as he continues his county-wide journey.
Set among one of Somerset’s most iconic visitor destinations, this stop brings together storytelling, heritage and community spirit. Families can see the Dragon up close and submit a name suggestion as part of the build-up to Somerset Day 2026.
Whether you’re exploring the museum or following the Dragon’s trail across the county, this Sparkford stop promises a memorable Somerset moment for all ages.
