Taste of Somerset at Windmill Retreat Lodges, Spa and Estate

Celebrate Somerset Day with a luxury countryside escape at Windmill Retreat in Middlezoy, overlooking the Somerset Levels and Burrow Mump.

The Taste of Somerset experience includes a two-night stay for two in one of the adult-only Elements Suites, where guests are welcomed with a chilled bottle of Somerset sparkling wine, a tasting of Windmill Gin and a hamper filled with locally sourced treats.

Guests can enjoy full access to the Avänto Wellness Spa garden, featuring a hot tub, barrel sauna and cold-water shower, along with a selection of complimentary homemade cake, pick ‘n’ mix sweets and a popcorn-making machine.

Breakfast is included and served at The Levels Country Kitchen café on site, showcasing ingredients from Somerset suppliers including Pyne’s of Somerset, Longmans Cheese and The Sausage Shed. Guests can also enjoy lunch at the café and, in the evening, a Somerset-inspired sharing platter of local cheeses and cold cuts with drinks available for in-suite dining.

The Taste of Somerset package is available all year round, seven days a week, subject to booking at least seven days in advance.
